City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same problem! Region wasted!!! Whont play another hour of this **bleep** game till this thing is fixed!!
