City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same problem here. Wiped out my city of 200,000, researching the space center, over 1 million in cash... If I can't get this city back, I am legit never playing again.

    P.S. I am on the phone with EA and they seem to be unaware of this particular problem. They are transfering me over to a specialist (on hold now). So maybe this can be solved? I hope so. I would recommend that if you have this problem too, report it here this way they can see how wide-spread it is.
