City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

I just had my second rollback. The first went okay and the city was playable, now the city wount load... Have tryed install from DVD and from DL. All pc driver are up to date. Any solution yet to this issue? btw have english version, and im from europe.
