City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Same issue here. I spent all weekend building my city, now its gone. No point to start again. I am not playing untill someone will fix this issue and roll back my city. 😕mileymad:
