City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

Im having the same thing. I also can;t seem to start any new cities.

The crashed occured when I tried to edit an ore mine. though I could rollback for about 5 times the 6th time I couldnt get back into my city.
