City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

IM so sad ☹️ 14 hrs of gaming went down the hill. I nearly finished the first part of the arkology ☹️. i cant roll back, the city just fails to load. this reminds me of the always online DRM DIABLO3 fail. PLease fix this MAxis or you ll loe a fan forever as Activision did.

Only letdowns theses days i dont get it ☹️
