City is not processing. Rollback or abandon. Rollback fails.

Anyone else having this issue? I've spent a few hours now, twice, building two different cities, in two different regions. After a couple of hours, I get an error message - Your city is not process...

i am experiencing this too, first on eur east 3 and now on eur west 6, both when i hit 100k pop

Same problem.  FIX IT PLEASE EA! 

I have lost two cities to this problem.  Just as I get going and start seeing some big buildings it stops processing.  I'm sick and tired of starting again.
