So you bought it sealed from a retail Store ? And they never bothered to ask for a receipt or anything ? DId you actually provide them with the number or did they just jump to conclusions ? I do assume that's the whole transcript, right ?

Community AdminIt's worth making contact again, but keep a copy of the game code/your receipt to hand so it can be checked. Either you were sold a used copy of the game by the retailer, or there is some issue with the code, and checking will help to determine the right course of action.
Sorry that your first response didn't make progress, but hopefully this can get resolved satisfactorily.

Ea is such a freaking joke. Customer support is horrible hard to reach, the website just puts you in a stupid loop of neverending forms and when you get on the forum for help, you get trolled by * fanboys with fifa 150304 avatars. Freaking idiots.

When you can ask a civil question without resorting to trash talk, you might get a suggestion.
maybe must EA more listen to the simcity players. Fix some bugs in the basic simcity 2013 game to bring the trust back in players. Simcity have got a great amout of players .
EA must look at others gameproducers the bring updates for old products. Or bring a another good simcity game.
