I can't intall Sim City 4 in my PC or Laptop

Do you know if the game Sim City 4 is compatible with Windows 11? I've tried to install it on my PC and laptop and I can't, it always gives an error

What is the error you are experiencing? I installed the game a few months ago, it worked fine.
