I Own Cities of Tomorrow EA App says I dont

I have not played this in game in ages , so I checked all my add on before I install it and Notice EA App says I don't own it. I do, I bought the expansion on the day of release

beside crashing 15,000 times and a forever loop when installing the game from App I couldn't load the first starter map was another forever loop. plzs fix

    Had the same issue when I recently tried to reinstall the game, was gifted the DLC in 2019 and it's gone (though my other DLC for the game/pre-order bonuses are still accessible). Contacted support who were incredibly unhelpful.
