You could share your DXDiag with us by posting it on pastebin.com and sharing the link of your paste here.
As first steps, I would suggest making sure your game is up to date (right click the game icon then "check for updates" in Origin), then trying to repair the installation (same process), and if those fails, a reinstallation of the game. 🙂
