I have been playing the SIngle Player all afternoon then decided to check to see if I still have any online cities. As soon as I clicked multiplayer it threw me out of the game and says incorrect login information please check your credentials and try again. They are the credentials I have used since way back to 2013. TBH I have been enjoying myself on the SinglePlayer. So;
- I reinstalled it
- took my PC offline and allowed me to select Single Player BUT needs to go online to confirm something. So I clicked okay on the pop up which takes me back to the main log on screen and it still says multiplayer.
- Reinstalled it AGAIN and same thing.
- I appear to be stuck trying to get onto Europe West 4, which it says it is available.
EA, is there an issue with the servers OR an advanced launch command that lets me simply start the game in single player mode.
Please assist!
