NEED SOLUTION ON SIMCITY NEEDS ORIGIN ERROR MESSAGE!!!

I have SimCity 2013 and have been playing for years.  Just last month I now get an error message that "SimCity requires Origin to function.  The program must now close" and forces me to close the gam...

just downloaded the game, im getting this error as well. i downloaded it from the EA app
