you can run it through Origin.. but there is a problem with the updating of the game. without that you can't install the mods. if you have a disc version, just go to HERE: http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=6 and get the appropriate update for your version of the game.. then go to either:

simtropolis.com

sc4devotion.com

both are pretty good.. they both have mods and different ways of working. you'll have to read up on it.

That isn't working through Origin though, which is my problem... lol
