Sim City complete edition download issue

hy guys i have bought sim city complete edition but the download is only 2,50 GB it is normal?

    Sounds about right - did you have problems launching it? I think it will do updates for a while after you load it for the first time, but my SimCity program folder is around 3 GBs, with data from cities played, so the download size seems right.
