Sim City purchase is only available on Windows

I am on Sonoma 14.5 and EA app library says my Sim City purchase is only available on Windows, this is not the case when I did my purchase on the website.  Would you kindly advise? thank you

    macOS no longer supports 32bit software since Catalina. If you have a newer version of macOS, you won't be able to play (that's what the "only available on Windows" error message actually means)
