@Jravelof If anyone stumbles into this, I finally found the Preferences.prop file in (C:\Users\**your user name here **\AppData\Roaming\SimCity\Preferences)

Jravelof​  Hi, just wanted to drop a thanks here coz your tips just saved my day, for some strange reasons my AppData folder was hidden in my Windows so I had been going to the wrong prop file. Not until I saw your post and raised my suspicion to search all the Preferences.prop files in my harddrive and I found it. Really weird but it works like a charm now. Thanks! 👌
