Yah, the servers are back up, but now the game crashes a lot and it doesn't save my graphics settings at all anymore.
Not even after a reinstall. What the heck man ?

I clearly purchased the Complete Edition, but it checks that the Future City Edition, etc. have not been purchased. What happened?

EA need to fix this issue....Ive paid to play this game whenever I choose and to have it lock up on me like this is a complete upset. I still can not log in...we are going on 8 hours now....fix it or give me my original money back.

I just installed this game today hoping to get back into it and have the same issue reported in this thread. I opened a case but have not even been contacted yet.

Having same issue. Noticed it yesterday when I uninstalled SimCity so that I can reinstall it on a new drive. Thought something went wrong with the un/install. And the posts of this thread range between 12 years ago to 1 year ago. Fortunately I noticed last few posts were from yesterday, so I didn't feel too bad. But had un/re-installed many times before having noticed that. Also changed my EA password once, along with many sign in/out of EA app. 🤦♂️

The support team is most likely in the dark as well. They are probably an outsourced group.

It's been a couple of days for me now. I guess I'll go back to single player mode. Just turn off your internet connection, open up SimCity and you will get the single player option to display.
You'll be as Unknown but then all you have to do is close SimCity, turn on your internet connection and then open SimCity again. It will the show your user name.
You can't use Mutiplayer until they "FIX IT", but it gets you back to playing again until they do.

As of right now, the multiplayer is back up and running. At least for me.
