SimCity (2013): "Incorrect login information. Please check your credentials."

Started getting this for the first time this morning. I accepted an update, had to login to an "activation" screen, and was able to play once. Now, I get this "Incorrect login information. Please check your credentials." error.

I've tried fully uninstalling, repairing, deleting the SimCity folders across %AppData% and my Documents folder.

I tried changing my EA account password and refreshing those credentials in the EA app. I tried App Recovery on the EA app, even reinstalled the EA App.

My other EA Games, such as The Sims 4, Star Wars Squadrons, etc. work just fine.

OS is Windows 11 24H2.
