simcity 4 can't play OFFLINE anymore when downloaded recently.

I recently downloaded Simcity 4 from your site and CAN NOT play it OFFLINE despite always being able to before. Also no icon for the game appears on my computer after downloading it and when checking the file for the game its full download stat (e.g. 1.2 GIG of space) only shows about 889MB the same as the Origin site download. HELP?

    Having the same issue. It crashes, then I get an error message about my license being expired. So far, none of the posted solutions have worked.
