SIMCITY COMPLETE EDITION (MAC) ON ORIGIN NOT WORKING! UPDATE TO 64 BIT, WHEN?

When will you upgrade SimCity Complete Edition from 32 Bit to 64 Bit for Mac, through Origin? Catalina will not all 32 Bit App or Games to open. There should be a solution to this issue by now as ASP...

@Trolleyhood  EA's refund policy is that games are only eligible for refunds for the first 14 days after purchase even if you never launched them.  If you did play at one point and then upgraded your computer later, you should have read the documentation about what changes the OS update would bring.

I'm sure Apple has no interest in issuing credit or free games to people so they can access the 64-bit versions.
