SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Same here.  Started happening recently (past 24 hours), and has been worsening steadily.  I can't play at all now.

    What worked for me was to limit the game to running on two cores. In the task manager, right-click the SimCity process, Set Affinity, and then untick all but two cores.
