simcity2000 special edition urban renewal kit included?

As above,. the simcity2000 special edition included the urban renewal kit? just wondering if this version does, and how do i access it if its there?

SimCity 2000 does include the Urban Renewal Kit - or should (since that's the only way I know to create a graphics set from scratch for the game). I have the disk version rather than the Origin version. It will be a separate program from SimCity itself, in the SCURK folder. I'd expect that folder to be within, or at least near the SimCity 2000 one, but I haven't seen the Origin version in action to be sure.
