Bad performances on ps4 pro

Performances on ps4 pro currently are pretty bad and seems to get worse every new update(for the record they weren't this bad at launch and I've already turned off cars and pedestrians). Every time I move from an area to another (by skating, not teleporting) everything just became a low poly asset that render when 3 meter from my face. Plus loading times from session markers are nonsensical: why do I get 10 to 30+ seconds of black screen even when resetting to the SHORTEST of distances? Please fix guys.
