can't get past the without footy it's fiction

I have already passed without footy; it's fiction, and I can't move on to other missions. im a very high level because I've played the game without doing missions, and I'd really like to get them done, but my missions are locked, and I can't progress. I've already completed the mission, so nothing is prompting me to take any action. I tried creating a new account, and it worked fine. However, my original account is locked, and I spent $50 on the deluxe edition of the game. If someone knows what to do, please let me know.

Also, the mission im looking for would be near the top of Hedgemont, but there's nothing there I've tried to tp to other players because I've seen a video that works, but it didn't work
