Cant progress "Gift of the Grab"

I cant even start "gift of the grab" because it says i need to complete "manual extension" first, the problem is i have already completed "manual extension" but afterwards i didnt get any progression and the mission "manual extension" isnt showing up on the map, i dont know what to do please help me.
