Charged 250 SV Bucks for paid shoes when I redeemed the free Mass Effect shirt

As the title says, I went to redeem the free Mass Effect N7 shirt and was given a pair of shoes for 250 San Van Bucks, which I had looked at just before switching to the N7 shirt.

This happened in the PS4 game and the shoes were the Inside Out Slip-Ons.

Any way I can be refunded? I don't even want the shoes.
