Mission won’t actually load

I have been stuck on a part of the skaterized mission for 24 hours. It takes me to the tri towers where you are supposed to caveman into the pool, but there is no objectives or directionals that other players are seeing when trying to complete the mission. Anyone else experiencing something similar??
