MISSIONS DONT OPEN

I started the game and did the first part, then I went to the store and then it showed the tutorial to open the missions menu, but the missions menu DOES NOT OPEN, and I need to open it to continue the tutorial, I have 16 hours of game and it is still bugged, I don't know what to do anymore, I didn't find anyone with this bug, only similar bugs but that corrected themselves, mine continues
