Rain

When it rains, the ground could get slippery, making it harder to control your board and making grinds more difficult. Puddles could slow you down or even make you bail if you hit them too fast.

Seasons

The seasons could change the look of the city and the events. Summer could be sunny, fall could have leaves on the ground, winter could have more rain, and spring could bring new challenges.

Warehouse for building parks

You could have your own warehouse where you can build your own skateparks, even really big ones. It could be a place to practice tricks and test lines.
