OTL Rewards Glitched, Not Receiving…

Completed the OTL challenges when they came out, but now checking my tasks I am only rewarded 13/15 Goals despite having completed every Goal on all 3 OTL Challenges.

Even worser, when I’ve redid all 3 OTL Challenges the goal tracker does not change from 13/15.

What can I do…
