Community ManagerUnfortunately, we're not able to switch your platform. Each code is specifically made for your account and platform. We cannot issue a new code.
But still, why haven't I got invited on PS5 ? That's the platform that I chose.

I'm not aware of any issues with sending out codes for platforms that you didn't register for. We're still not able to issue a new code.
hello, I am having the same issue as this person. I signed up to playtest skate about half a year ago. I have been sent an Email from EA only yesterday to finally try skate. But just for Pc the Email was also not a code for me. I was given a link to the EA app to play on Pc. The best I have is my work laptop that cannot run the new skate. And also when you sign up and select your console preference for playtesting there is no console only option. There is only console/Pc option for people who can only playtest on console. I have also signed up with EA trough Playstation and only that. So I presume this person has had the same problem as me. So I think us very committed and loyal EA playtesters deserve some codes...
