Save games xbox

As I have been soft locked in a mission I was hoping to delete my save and start again. 

it seems that it is not posable to delete the cloud save part of my save game. 

when trying to delete the save I can delete the two reserved memory areas together or separately but am never offered to delete them from everywhere. So it only ever deletes them from the console. 

do you have any ideas.
