Signed up for skate play test with incorrect email…
Hello! I recently received an email with the code to download skate. I was able to redeem it and download the game on my Xbox.
however, when I started the game it says:
error code: 480232561
your account has been restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you’ve received this message in error please contact customer support.
then I realized I did not use my Xbox email when signing up for the play test.
anyway to remedy this?
