stuck on “listen to izzy”

i’ve been stuck on this for about 4 hours straight now, no fix, i’ve restarted, reinstalled, everything but nothing fixes it, PLEASE HELP ME

Literally can't progress past the Kickflip 180 mission. I'm about to ask for a refund since I went Founders.
