the game shows i have zero San Van Bucks after latest economy reset

i’ve been on the playtest long enough to have 750 SVB. I bought 1 item and still had 150. After the latest reset I have zero but it showed a message about a economy reset that i would get the svb back + a bonus. who do i contact to get this sorted out. thank you for answers

    SVB’s (pink currency icon) are the currency that you buy with real money. Is this what you are referring to or do you mean the experience currency (orange currency icon) earned doing tricks unlocking box loot?
