Why is this game worse than the ones from 12 years ago

Honesty I really don’t understand how we went from the amazing skate 3 to this I mean how is that even possible I’d rather play a game that’s almost the same age as me than play skate 4 they just ruined it with the 4th game if they wanted to make a new one why didn’t you just remake skate 3 but a new version not just some whole new game that’s barely even playable and doesn’t have nearly as many tricks as the other games
