“A job well done” achievement doesn't pop up - LAST achievement!!

So, after playing almost 200 hours of this gem of a game, I managed to fulfill the criteria for every achievement I was missing, including the pesky "A job well done" one. I even got the in-game milestone corresponding to it, but the achievement is not popping up.

After some internet scouring I realised that this happened to some other players with other achievements, like those of lvl 25 and 50, so I followed their advice and went on to play some more hours... but that was almost two weeks ago; in the meantime I have poured some hours into this game and even earned a handful of other milestones (even one in the same cateogry as the corresponding milestone to the title achievement!) and nothing - it still has to pop up.

I am truly starting to get worried here. I contacted email support and they suggested I should get chat support, but whenever I try to go to chat support, the option does not show up. I am legit clueless about what to do and could surely use some help on this one.
