All classes, weapons, star cards etc set back to level 0 on Xbox

Yes, numerous people have seen this as you can see if you search this forum.

It's typically because the servers on the backend need to sync up. Good news is your progression hasn't been completely lost.

You say you hopped into a couple games, which is a good start. From what I've seen, you need to complete a match to force the game to push and fetch data.

You can also try to clear your cache (hard power cycle the XBOX), although I'm not convinced this is the fix.

You didn't change your gamertag or account settings since the other day, correct?

Hey thank you for reaching out. No I have not changed my gamertag or any account info at all. It's the strangest thing though. I've never had a game do this before. Some of the classes I don't play at the moment still show the level they got left off on yet the cards and weapons are gone and need to be re unlocked. I heard hopping into games can help fix I just don't know how many as it's been several days since I first noticed it with multiple games played and still no change

HeyEA_Rtas​ I am going through a very similar problem as the others. I have milestones completed and rewards still locked as well as high character levels but many are missing!!

im also experiencing this currently, i have over 300 hours on this game and its all just gone like that. if theres a fix let me know.
