    You are going to want to contact EA support directly, as you appear to have an account issue that no one on this user forum will be able to solve for you.

    Where do I contact them? I’ve tried the help page and it just brings me to nothing that can help. I’ve tried calling the number i found online but it just told me it couldnt help and disconnected
