Armor Fast Recharge not working as intended

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug The "Fast Recharge" star card for the AT-ST and FO AT-ST vehicles reduces the timer to attempt to activate the ability, but the ability will not work unless you wait what the cooldown would be without the card. Attempting to activate it during the time given from the star card will restart the cooldown, but not use the ability. This means you can only use the ability half of the time if you attempt to activate it right after it comes off cooldown. This effects the AT-ST, and First Order AT-ST. As far as I can tell, it does not effect the AT-RT or AAT.

What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the Fast Recharge star card, attempt to use GRENADE LAUNCHER as soon as it comes off cooldown.
What happens when the bug occurs? GRENADE LAUNCHER doesn't launch, but the timer restarts anyway.
What do you expect to see? It to launch GRENADE LAUNCHER 100% of the time when it is ready to be activated.

I wasn't able to capture this on video the last time I played due to just being unlucky with my captures.

  • This is still an issue today.

    I have played as the AT-ST on crait and I have the fast recharge card at epic level/purple.

    When I use the grenade launcher on AT-ST the first time it works properly; however, on the next attempt after the star card cools down the grenades again, the ability doesn't work.  The ability still goes into cooldown after using it the second time and nothing comes out.  The third time the ability works normally again.

    It's like all the even # attempts to use the grenade launcher on the AT-ST don't work and all the odd # attempts on the grenade launcher do work.
