Battle Of Jakku Crashing (campaign)

Hey guys,

so ive been playing bf2 for a while now on pc and didnt play the campagin because i had already played it on my xbox, i decided to get into it again and i cant land my xwing at the crashed star destoyer because everytime i get close my game crashes to desktop. ive tried everything, changed HDR from 1 to 0 in profile setting, done a clean graphics card driver install, changed my graphics in game to 100% res scale from 120% and changed the all the graphic options from Ultra to high and everything that i could find ive done but it still crashes! any help is great!

(i also just changed my res scale to 70% and its still crashing)

    Hey, @PlyPlays Can you try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with SWBF2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    Hi @EA_Atic ,

    ive done everything you said to do and it still crased the second i loaded into the mission. anything other ideas?

    Hey @PlyPlays  Can you try the below troubleshooting and see if that helps. 

    • Tried different graphical settings in the game.
    • Use DX 11 if you are using DX 12.
    • Run Ccleaner.
    • GPU drivers reinstalled.
    • Make sure that all of your drivers are up to date.
    • Make sure that windows is up to date.
    • Turn off Origin in-game.
    • Turn off any overlay system and programs.
    • Turn of Xbox game bar in windows.
    • Run Origin and SWBF as admin.
    • Add SWBF2 as an exception to any anti-virus/firewall
    • Turn off anti-virus/firewall
