Fixed the problem no thanks to the people here, apparently if you turn on "Share usage data" in the EA account settings, it will give you MASSIVE network lag, so turn it off.

Maybe it's time you spend some of your billions on hardware to boost the servers. Some of you are right, when you pick the right server in your area(closest to you ) you should be fine. Maybe a ping of around 25-45. The problem is people all over the world are connected to whatever servers have players. Their pings can be anywhere from 180-200+ and it lags the game play. Bullets don't register, movement is kinda sketchy(jittery). Simply "things" are not smooth. For people that play the games to win and pay attention to detail this lack of smoothness messes up game play/experience.
