Fixed the problem no thanks to the people here, apparently if you turn on "Share usage data" in the EA account settings, it will give you MASSIVE network lag, so turn it off.
Also here is this video of the lag people are experiencing . Granted the lag is not this bad in battlefield games but any sort of lag ruins the game experience. . Read the comments. I mean the chat box of the game being played in the video. Many people are having this lag issue. I couldn't tell you if i had the same issue with star wars because i don't plan on buying this game or any other EA game, especially after a EA tech support lady i talked to a while go ripped me off of BF 4 and gave me Hardline as an exchange because she didn't know how to help me with my game issue and because i had the game for a time period i didn't qualify for refund. EA is garbage. The issue i had with BF 4 is one day it stopped opening/running and the game wouldn't update. The lady had no idea how to help me and screwed moreover.
