Battlefront 2 Xbox One, screen tear & freeze during cutscenes.

Question

Star Wars Battlefront 2 has a serious problem on Xbox One, everytime I've tried playing the campaign, during the end cutscenes on Vardos & Sullust, the screen will completely pixelate and the game will freeze. I've searched the problem and tried EVERY fix imaginable. I would like

to see this very obvious bug addressed and fixed.

As postscript to this, I deleted &amp; reinstalled the game, minus all updates, went offline and played the campaign &amp; all problems vanished, no pixelated frozen cutscenes, no enemy AI going beserk, so it confirms the bug clearly lies within an "update" to the game&nbsp;
