Battlefront II Freezing and Crashing to Xbox Dashboard after Most Recent Update
So this has only become a problem after the most recent hotfix update at the end of May. When playing any multiplayer mode, about 5-10 minutes into the match, the game will freeze with the sound stuttering for about five seconds, then the game would resume for another second, then the entire game would crash and take me to the dashboard. I noticed the bad internet connection symbol would appear before the game crashes.
After the hotfix, at first this would happen every other match or two, but now it is happening literally every match to the point where multiplayer is unplayable. I don't know if it's a connection issue or a bug as a result of the update. Before the update, if I ever lost connection I would simply be kicked from the match and returned to the main menu with a connection error message, and it was more uncommon, but now it's completely crashing my game every match.
Is anyone else on Xbox One having this issue, and did it start after the update? Hopefully there's a solution or it's fixed when the rest of the Solo season is released in June.
