How to fix glitches on the interface like on my screenshots? It started after updating the Nvidia drivers to the latest version. I tried reinstalling the game, rolling back drivers, checking the integrity of files in Steam, and none of this helped. In other games, this is not observed

You imply you played the game immediately before updating your GPU driver and it looked perfectly fine. Then, immediately after upgrading the driver it looks bad even after reverting to the driver you 100% know was working. If true, ensure you check the option for "clean installation" during the GPU driver install (old or new).

If you did what I summarized in my prior post, your issue is clearly with the GPU driver. That is where you will want to focus your troubleshooting efforts.
FWIW - NVIDIA released a new driver yesterday. While I'm not sure it will resolve your issue, it's worth a shot.
