Hey, I moved your post to the SWBF II board.
Thanks for the feedback, there's certainly no shortage of potential hero/villain characters that could be included in SWBF II. So far we haven't seen all the info for what's coming in SWBF II, but be sure to check here for updates: https://www.ea.com/games/starwars/battlefront/battlefront-2
There are of course characters from the different eras, but I don't know yet if there will be anyone from Rebels.
I am curious, if it were up to you would you choose to have her in a "realistic" style? Or would you stick to her Rebels depiction, immersion be damned? 🙂 - Anonymous9 years agoI would love to see Ahsoka appear in Star Wars Battlefront 2 even if she had to be paid DLC. Personally i would hope that if she was added to the game she would be more reminiscent of The Clone Wars series version rather than Rebels. That being said i would love to see what the team at DICE could do with her character.
- Anonymous9 years agoNo, we need the Rebels Version more than the Clone Wars Version. The Rebels Version is the Most Powerful and Skilled Version of Ahsoka and this Version needs to be in the game. If you guys can only put one Version of Ahsoka in the game please give us the Rebels Version. White Lightsabers would look Very Cool in this Game, plus she would be another perfect Rival for Vader along with Obi-Wan and Luke in Cross Era Hero Matches. But if you can put Both Versions in like for Galaxy of Heroes. That would be Even Better, as this way she would also be a Playable Hero for The Clone Wars Era. But if you could only put one in please do Rebels, an Adult Ahsoka would be more Fun to play as and more Powerful than a Teenage Ahsoka. 🙄 Plus the only other game Rebels Ahsoka is in is Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens so if you had to choose one please put Rebels Ahsoka in the Game, plus Clone Wars Ahsoka is in Disney Infinity.
- Anonymous9 years agoI don't really care for Rebels as a show but I love The Clone Wars series which is why I suggested TCW version, however the points you made did make sense. One of the things that really bothered me about Rebels was the change in art direction but that wouldn't really be an issue if they put her into the game as she would take on that art style. Does she have the same acrobatic fighting and movement style in Rebels as she did in The Clone Wars? That was one of my favorite things about her character in TCW.
Yeah of course Ashoka needed and Captain Rex too :D
- Anonymous9 years agoThat Mortis Vision of Ahsoka needs to be discarded completely. Dave Filoni was not sure that he would have Ahsoka leave the Jedi Order back then, so that is why she was wearing the outfit she wears in Clone Wars. The Rebels Version of Ahsoka is a Way Better Version of Ahsoka as an Adult than the Mortis Vision. The Mortis Vision was meant to warn Ahsoka of her future as Anakin's Apprentice, Rebels Ahsoka had actual Character Development as Ahsoka in Clone Wars did, that Vision was a Warning.
The reason why Ahsoka looks so Different in Rebels is because she is about 30 Years old, 14 years older after leaving the Jedi Order. Not only is it a Different Art Style, but she is 14 years older in Rebels than we last saw her in Clone Wars. Ahsoka in Rebels is a very accurate Version of what she would look like as an Adult, they did a good job of making her look older. They changed her Tattoos but they still look Similar, maybe she changed them herself, also, she doesn't wear a Green Crown anymore, she wears a Red, Gold, and White Crown probably over the Green one she used to have. She also wears a Cooler outfit in Rebels than she does in Clone Wars. Because she left the Jedi Order, she is now a Neutral Force User, neither a Jedi, nor a Sith. But still good. She uses White Lightsabers to symbolize that she is no Longer a Jedi nor a Sith. She is still Very Acrobatic in Rebels just like she was in Clone Wars. She fought Vader in Rebels, there is a scene while she is fighting him where she does 2 Back Flips while fighting him. She is still Very Acrobatic.
There are other scenes where she is Acrobatic but that is my Favorite from Rebels. She looks Awesome as an Adult and they did a fine job making her look like an Adult. Her story in Rebels is about Discovering who Vader is, and she feels Immense Guilt about leaving him and the Jedi Order once she discovers who he is. Ahsoka has evolved a lot from the age of 14, to 16, to 30. And it is a Cool Evolution. She is very Skilled in Rebels. Ahsoka in Rebels is Ahsoka at her Strongest and most Powerful. She has had more years to Improve her Lightsaber Skills and get more Powerful with the Force. I would reccomend at least giving the episodes of Rebels that have Ahsoka in them a try. Rebels is not as Childish as you think, it's not as good as Clone Wars, but still good and worth watching, Teen Titans Go is only for Children. Not Rebels. Rebels takes place after Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith and before Rogue One and the Original Trilogy. It's a Great show. If you think Ahsoka is skilled with 2 Lightsabers in Clone Wars, you should see how skilled she is in Rebels. She is skilled with 2 Lightsabers in Clone Wars but you should really see how skilled with them she is in Rebels. I promise you it's worth it. It's still the same character and still the same Actress. People on YouTube have made Sad Emotional Tributes about her discovering who Vader is and Show footage of her from both Shows. They show how much she's grown up. Some really good ones include: Star Wars: Ahsoka's Journey - Story Tribute by ALPHA vs B3TA, Ahsoka Tano, the Chosen Padawan for the Chosen One // See What I've Become by Sneaky Snips, Ahsoka + Anakin - It's What Goes On In Here That's Hard by trulyfabulouskilljoy, and Ahsoka/Anakin/Vader - RED - Part That's Holding On by Jonde.
One of the most Intriguing storylines in Rebels is Ahsoka blaming herself for Anakin's Fall to the Dark Side. Why? Because she left, and this Guilt Tears her apart, making her more of a Tragic Character. I would recommend watching the Episodes Fire Across the Galaxy, she makes an Appearance at the end, The Siege of Lothal, The Lost Commanders, Relics of the Old Republic, The Future of the Force, that is a really good one, Shroud of Darkness, The Mystery of Chopper Base, and Twilight of the Apprentice from Rebels. Fire Across the Galaxy is from Season 1, the rest are from Season 2 of Rebels, and if you want to see Ahsoka fight Vader, I would recommend giving Rebels a try. Don't expect the fight between Ahsoka and Vader to be Too Long, though, and if you give Rebels a try, don't expect an Exact Answer of what happened to her after fighting Vader, her Fate has been left Anonymous. Which, again, makes her more of a Sad and Tragic character, if you like Ahsoka, and want to see the end of her story so far, I would recommend giving Rebels a try, just watch the Ahsoka episodes, it is a Sad and Powerful Story, don't watch all the episodes if you don't want to give Rebels a try, but at least watch the episodes that have Ahsoka in them, it is Totally worth it. Clone Wars is still Better than Rebels, but Rebels is still a Great Show. And there are Deaths in it like Clone Wars. Rebels is not all Happy Happy. It gets Dark at times. And if you do watch the Ahsoka Episodes in Rebels, I wouldn't watch those YouTube Tributes until after. I promise you, she's Awesome in Rebels, she is still a BA, don't worry.
One of her Most Memorable Quotes from Rebels is "I am no Jedi." I grew up with this Character for 8 Years, so she is my Favorite Star Wars Character. Ahsoka will look Different in Rebels, but it is still the same Character, voiced by the same person. She's just an Adult in Rebels. Not a Teenager. And I promise you she looks Awesome with those White Lightsabers. She mentions several times that she left the Jedi Order in Rebels, they didn't just drop her History. She is not a Main Character in Rebels, she is a Supporting Character, but she is still Awesome. There is also an Ahsoka Book that explains how she got her New White Lightsabers that takes place about a year after Revenge of the Sith, and if you know about The Siege of Mandalore Episodes she would have participated in the Very Last Episodes of Clone Wars of Season 8, that story is in the Beginning of the Book. Ahsoka's story is Very Sad, she left. I know so much about her because she is my Favorite Character. Rex also makes a return in Rebels, so if you like him, you'll like that, but he's Old because Clones age Faster than People.
Honestly, we'll be Lucky if EA even gives us one Version of Ahsoka in Battlefront 2. Star Wars Fans Assume both of the Shows are only for Children because they're Animated, but they're not. And there has been no Confirmation that they will include content from the Shows as well as the movies so I am losing Hope. But, the more Content this game has, the Better, but not everybody agrees. I will be surprised if we get any Characters from the Shows, honestly, they could add them in as a later Free DLC, but I don't know. It would be Nice to get Both Versions of her, as one is more Powerful and would be a Perfect Rival for Vader, while the other one could be playable in The Clone Wars Era, but I'll be surprised if they put her in the game in General. - EA_David9 years ago

@AhsokaTanoFan Hey, i don't think anyone will be doubting the authenticity of your name after that post. 🙂
I hope you don't mind, but I popped in with some paragraph breaks and edited in links to the videos you mentioned, it should make things easier to read. You can edit it back to how it was if you wish, but I hope you like the changes I made.
Cheers. - Anonymous9 years agoI did not know the comment would be so long. I was trying to convince brunky4cereal to give the Rebels episodes that have Ahsoka in them a try. I was also trying to make it clear that she's not a Jedi anymore. I was trying to explain how she has changed, and that the team behind Rebels did a good job of making her look about 14 years older than she was when she left the Jedi Order, and that the Art Style change of her character is not that Bad. I also feel that these YouTube Tributes about her discovering who Vader is are Emotional, as they show Footage from Both Clone Wars and Rebels, and her experiences with Anakin as well as how much she has Grown up and how she copes with what happened to him.
- Anonymous9 years agoYou make some very good points and to be honest I think you're correct in saying that her adult form would make more sense when she is matched up next to Vader but my problem with that is her adult form appears in Rebels which I believe (and please correct me if I'm wrong) takes place some time between ROTS and ANH. If I am correct the only two pieces of Star Wars canon that take place during that time is Rouge One and Rebels so unless Battlefront 2 specifically utilizes those setting I feel as though young Ahsoka would fit better with the setting. She was an important part of the Clone Wars which was obviously a part of the prequel trilogy so in my opinion that version of her would be a more natural fit for the setting. Also to your point, I like her character design in Rebels but I don't like the art style of the show.
- Anonymous9 years agoLooks like the second one is on its way this November. 😉
