Cannot Claim Milestone Rewards

Summarize your bug Multiple Milestones have completed progress, but do not give the option to claim the reward, and do not show as completed because of that.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a milestone and go back to the main menu to claim the reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to claim the reward and, therefore, the milestone does not count as completed.
What do you expect to see? The milestone will show a full progress bar and say "Claim Reward" but not give you the option to claim it. Nothing is yellow like normal, and in between games it will say claim reward but when you go back to the menu it does not let you.

I have finished 40/41 of the Milestone challenges in the Starfighters section, but 7 of them show that the progress is completed and have not given me the rewards. They say "Reward" in white, rather than showing a yellow "Rewarded" on the milestone, and the "Claim Reward" option is grayed out. I have had this happen before with other milestones, and in Heroes milestones, but after a while, the option to claim the reward appeared. It has been at least a week for some of these. If the game says I am offline, I can go into Milestones and they are yellow and say go online to claim reward, but once I go back online, the option goes away.
