Can't connect to EA servers - error code 721
Dear EA!
I have a big problem. I have PS4 Pro and I have bought SW Battlefront 2 on friday 17.11.2017. When I installed it on my PS4 and then launch it, it appeared that I was offline - I couldn't connect to EA servers - error code 721. It stays like this till now and I still cannot play multiplayer.
Of course I have checked everything what You have proposed within your "Playstation Connection Troubleshooting", I reinstalled the game, initiated PS4 and done rest of the things proposed by different users within this and different forums. Unfortunately it haven't helped me at all. Moreover I have valid PSN+ status and everything is ok with my account. What is strange is that I have tried my friend's account on my PS4 and it worked - when I logged in on his account I could have connected to EA servers and everything was all right but then I have changed to my account and it was still offline.
I have attached 2 print screen with mine and my friends account. This is the only difference which I have found between ours accounts. As You can see on his "working" account ping center is "Niemcy" which means Germany in English but on mine account ping centers are different - always with aws-something. Maybe this is the case of the problem - any idea?? Please help me with it because I am big fan of SW but I cannot play online, so Battlefront 2 for me is totally useless.
